Star Ranking is a voting system that allows fans to cast votes directly for their favorite idols to determine their rankings. Users who vote via mobile devices can receive a "voting certificate," and the idols themselves receive various benefits based on their final rankings.
Stars who maintain the 1st-place position for four consecutive weeks are featured in advertisements on outdoor electronic billboards. Fans of an idol who holds the top spot for four consecutive weeks can also propose the display of fan-created video advertisements on these outdoor electronic billboards. Proposals may be submitted via the official StarNews email address (star@mtstarnews.com).
Since the voting period began in June, the results have been factored into determining the recipients of the Star Ranking category awards at the 2026 AAA (Asia Artist Awards).
That’s the latest on Geonho Cortis, who has just claimed the No. 2 spot. Be sure to keep following us for the latest updates on CORTIS!
